Your U-First Fitness Society Membership


Outdoor Group Training

Group outdoor personal training sessions focusing on helping you to move better and feel better. We provide a mixture of resistance training and cardio to help you increase your strength, increase your fitness, improve your overall health both physically and mentally and to take care of your bones and joint health. We ensure you're always improving and always striving to reach your health and fitness goals. We train no matter the weather and love to see our members building new friendships and meeting new people, all supporting each other on your health and fitness journey.

Training sessions are 80 minutes and take place:

Monday: 6pm / 7.20pm

Tuesday: 7am / 6pm

Wednesday: 6pm / 7.20pm

Thursday: 7am / 6pm

Saturday: 8am

Monthly Progress Check Ins

We provide 1-2-1 monthly progress check ins to make sure your personal progress is going the way it should. We weigh, measure and take photos of you every four weeks to ensure your new lifestyle is working for you, because we care about your success. These monthly check ins provide you with constant support and regular face to face time with your trainers to focus solely on YOU and your journey with us. This is your time to ask us any questions or iron out any creases, whether it be diet, training, managing your lifestyle or how to prep and track your food.


Diet and Nutrition

We are big believers that diet and nutrition are the most important parts in sustaining a healthy and happy lifestyle. We provide every member with personalised calorie and macro-nutrient goals to ensure that you reach your fitness goals. Nutrition settings are tweaked as we go to ensure your progress doesn't stall. We also give every member a copy of our Nutrition & Lifestyle manual to set you up for success.

Every U-First member is invited to join our private Facebook group. This gives you constant access to Antony & Sarah and allows you to asks any questions you may have along your fitness journey. Become part of a supportive and fun community, share tips, diet hacks, nutritional advice and applaud and encourage each other on your results and progress.


Home Workouts

We realise that these days everyone leads very busy and hectic lives. We want you to succeed no matter how crazy your life is! In order to help you get the most out of your membership if you can't make a training session all you need to do is let us know and we will provide you with unlimited safe and effective bespoke home workouts to do instead in your own time free of charge!

24/7 Support

We know full well how daunting it can be when you first start out on your health and fitness journey. Education plays a massive part so we make ourselves available to our members 24/7 for any questions you may have and for support. Whether you need a motivational pep talk, some help with getting your nutrition nailed down, advice on what to eat or what supplements to take, a shoulder to cry on or simply a kick up the bum we're always here for our members.


Nutrition & Lifestyle Manual

We supply every member with a copy of our Nutrition & Lifestyle manual containing all the information you need in order to succeed in your journey with us. You will also receive our Meal Planning Guide and our Recipe Book! Nutrition plays a huge part in health and wellness and your education on how to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Challenges & Big Prizes

Every year we run optional fun challenges with big prizes up for grabs! These challenges are a great way to flex your competitive nature, push your results forwards and have a lot of fun in the process!


1-2-1 PT & Gym Programs

We offer private 1-2-1 training sessions at a discounted rate for all members to help you reach your goals and improve your health faster. We also offer discounted bespoke gym programs written for you and your goals to fit in and around your bootcamp sessions.

Unlimited Referral Scheme

We love having your friends and family members join us and have lots of couples and siblings who come to us to train together. If you refer someone and they sign up as a member you will receive a full month's membership for FREE! And the best part? The scheme is unlimited so the more people you refer the more you save.
