Outdoor Group Training
Group outdoor training sessions focusing on helping you to move better and feel better. We provide a mixture of resistance training and HIIT to ensure you're always improving and always striving to reach your health and fitness goals. We train no matter the weather and love to see our members building new friendships and meeting new people, all supporting each other on your health and fitness journey.
Training sessions take place: Group One: Monday and Thursday, 6.00pm-7.30pm & Group Two: Monday and Thursday 7.30-9.00pm
Pay-As-You-Go Saturday sessions run 8.30-10.00am at an extra £7.50 per session.
Training sessions take place Tuesdays & Fridays, 6.00pm-7.30pm
Monthly Progress Check Ins
We provide monthly progress check ins to make sure your personal progress is going the way it should. We weigh, measure and take photos of you every four weeks to ensure your new lifestyle is working for you, because we care. These monthly check ins provide you with constant support and regular face to face time with your trainers to focus solely on YOU and your journey with us. This is your time to ask us any questions or iron out any creases, whether it be diet, training, managing your lifestyle or how to prep and track your food.
Diet and Nutrition
We are big believers that diet and nutrition are the most important parts in sustaining a healthy and happy lifestyle. We provide every member with personalised calorie and macro-nutrient goals to ensure that you reach your fitness goals. It’s time to transform your life, and U-First Fitness Society is here to give you the tools you need in order to succeed.
Every U-First member is invited to join our private Facebook group. This gives you constant access to Antony & Sarah-Jane and allows you to asks any questions you may have along your fitness journey. Become part of a community, share tips, diet hacks, nutritional advice and applaud and encourage each other on your results and progress.
We realise that these days everyone leads very busy and hectic lives. We want you to succeed no matter how crazy your life is! In order to help you get the most out of your membership if you can't make a training session all you need to do is let us know and we will provide you with a safe and effective bespoke home workout to do instead in your own time free of charge!
We know full well how daunting it can be when you first start out on your health and fitness journey. Education plays a massive part so we make ourselves available to our members 24/7 for any questions you may have and for support. Whether you need a motivational pep talk, some help with getting your nutrition nailed down, advice on what to eat or what supplements to take, a shoulder to cry on or simply a kick up the bum we're always here for our members.
