Our PRAM-FIT sessions are specifically designed around bringing baby and pram with you to sessions.


We help new mums get back to feeling fit and fabulous through safe and effective group personal training. Get all the perks of having your own personal trainer at a fraction of the cost!

All sessions take place in Buile Hill Park in Salford and run on Tuesdays & Fridays 9.45am - 11am

Membership includes:

- Private induction where we discuss your goals and get you weighed, measured and set up with your nutrition

- 2 x 75 minute training sessions per week

- Monthly progress check ins to ensure you're reaching your goals

 - Personalised and bespoke nutritional setting and coaching to ensure your diet is best supporting your goals with breast feeding taken into account

- Nutrition & lifestyle manual

- 24/7 support from your trainer to ensure you feel sully supported through your journey with us

 - Become part of a supportive and encouraging community of local new mums in your area

Come down and enjoy a trial week with us before committing to a membership!

Our trial weeks give you a chance to come and meet your fellow mums and get a feel for the type of training we do with zero strings attached.

Can't commit to both days every week? Come down on a pay as you go basis for £10 per session.

Please note pay as you go sessions do not qualify for the nutritional coaching and check ins.
